DanDan Calendar는 Raon이 운영합니다. 개인정보에 대한 문의와 삭제 요청은 info@raon.co.jp 입니다.
다루는 정보
- 계정: 이메일, 비밀번호, 표시 이름. 프로필은 색으로 표시할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 프로필 사진을 올리면 그 사진은 계정과 함께 저장되고, 프로필을 볼 수 있는 사람에게 보입니다. 웹에서 고른 프로필 사진은 그 브라우저에 남습니다. Google로 로그인하면 그 계정의 프로필 이미지를 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 캘린더와 일정: 캘린더 이름과 색, 제목, 설명, 날짜와 시간, 장소, 회의 링크, 반복, 참가자와 응답.
- 친구와 초대: 표시 이름, 초대에 적은 이메일, 누구에게 캘린더를 보일지의 설정.
- 채팅: 메시지, 반응, 읽음, 올린 이미지. 일정 참가자가 볼 수 있습니다.
- 투표와 예약: 제목, 응답, 예약자 이름, 이메일, 예약 페이지에서 받은 추가 입력. 공개한 예약 페이지는 로그인 없이 열고 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 연결한 캘린더: Google 또는 Outlook을 연결하면 그 계정의 이메일과 캘린더를 읽고 쓰는 데 필요한 연결 정보, 그리고 가져온 일정. iCal 주소를 넣으면 그 주소의 일정을 가져옵니다.
- 기기 안의 설정: 웹은 언어, 화면 테마, 알림 설정, 로그인 전 일정, 일정 템플릿을 그 브라우저에 둡니다. 로그인 상태는 쿠키로 유지합니다. 앱은 기기 안에서 알림을 예약할 수 있습니다. 웹에서 알림을 허용하면 그 브라우저의 푸시 구독을 계정에 저장합니다.
- 도우미: 도우미에 보낸 문장, 캘린더 이름, 친구의 표시 이름, 제안을 만드는 데 필요한 일정. 이용 한도를 세기 위한 횟수도 저장합니다.
쓰는 목적
캘린더를 보여 주고, 이용자가 고른 사람과 공유하고, 채팅·투표·예약·알림을 제공하고, 연결한 캘린더를 맞추고, 도우미의 제안을 만들기 위해서입니다. 친구 초대를 보내면 초대 메일이 나갈 수 있습니다. 선택한 나라의 공휴일 이름은 공휴일 데이터로 표시하며, 계정에 묶인 개인정보가 아닙니다.
맡기는 곳
- Supabase: 계정, 캘린더, 채팅, 프로필 사진, 푸시 구독의 저장과 로그인.
- Google: Google 로그인, Google 캘린더 연결, 일정 도우미(Gemini).
- Apple: Apple 로그인.
- Microsoft: Outlook 캘린더를 연결한 경우.
- Nager.Date: 공휴일 이름.
- Google Firebase Hosting: 웹사이트 제공.
보관
계정이 있는 동안 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 정보를 보관합니다. 따로 정한 만료 기간은 없습니다. 브라우저에만 있는 설정과 웹 프로필 사진은 그 브라우저의 데이터를 지우면 사라집니다.
삭제
로그인한 상태에서 계정 삭제 페이지또는 설정에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 그 계정만의 정보는 삭제됩니다. 친구에게 이미 공유된 일정, 함께 쓰던 채팅, 다른 사람의 예약 페이지에 남은 예약 기록은 그 사람을 위해 남을 수 있습니다. 페이지를 쓸 수 없으면 info@raon.co.jp 로 요청합니다.

DanDan Calendar is operated by Raon. For privacy questions and deletion requests, email info@raon.co.jp.
Information we handle
- Account: email, password, and display name. A profile can use a color. A photo you add in the app is stored with your account and shown to people who can see your profile. A photo you choose on the website stays in that browser. If you sign in with Google, we may use that account’s profile image.
- Calendars and events: calendar names and colors, titles, descriptions, dates and times, places, meeting links, recurrence, participants, and responses.
- Friends and invitations: display names, emails you put on invitations, and your choices about who can see a calendar.
- Chat: messages, reactions, read receipts, and images you upload. Event participants can see them.
- Votes and bookings: titles, responses, the booker’s name and email, and extra answers on a booking page. A booking page you publish can be opened and submitted without an account.
- Connected calendars: if you connect Google or Outlook, the email for that account, the connection data needed to read and write the calendar, and the events we bring in. An iCal address is fetched so its events can be shown.
- On your device: the website keeps language, theme, notification settings, events from before you sign in, and event templates in that browser. Your sign-in is kept in a cookie. The app can schedule reminders on the device. If you allow web notifications, that browser’s push subscription is stored on your account.
- Assistant: the text you send, calendar names, friends’ display names, and the events needed to draft a suggestion. We also store counts used to apply usage limits.
Why
To show your calendar, share it with the people you choose, provide chat, votes, bookings, and reminders, sync calendars you connect, and draft assistant suggestions. A friend invitation can also be sent by email. Holiday names for the country you choose are shown as holiday data and are not personal information tied to your account.
Who we use

How long we keep it
We keep the information needed to provide DanDan while you have an account. There is no separate expiry period. Settings and a website profile photo that exist only in a browser go away when you clear that browser’s data.
Deletion
While signed in, you can delete your account on the account deletion page or in Settings. Information that belongs only to that account is deleted. An event already shared to a friend, a chat you used with others, and a booking kept on someone else’s page can remain for those people. If you cannot use the page, email info@raon.co.jp.

取り扱う情報
- アカウント: メール、パスワード、表示名。プロフィールは色で表示できます。アプリでプロフィール写真を追加すると、その写真はアカウントとともに保存され、プロフィールを見られる人に表示されます。ウェブで選んだプロフィール写真はそのブラウザに残ります。Google でログインすると、そのアカウントのプロフィール画像を使うことがあります。
- カレンダーと予定: カレンダーの名前と色、件名、説明、日時、場所、会議リンク、繰り返し、参加者と出欠。
- 友だちと招待: 表示名、招待に書いたメール、カレンダーを誰に見せるかの設定。
- チャット: メッセージ、リアクション、既読、アップロードした画像。予定の参加者が見られます。
- 投票と予約: 件名、回答、予約者の名前とメール、予約ページで受けた追加入力。公開した予約ページはログインなしで開き、送信できます。
- 接続したカレンダー: Google または Outlook を接続すると、そのアカウントのメール、カレンダーの読み書きに必要な接続情報、取り込んだ予定。iCal のアドレスを入れると、そのアドレスの予定を取り込みます。
- 端末の中の設定: ウェブは言語、画面テーマ、通知設定、ログイン前の予定、予定テンプレートをそのブラウザに置きます。ログイン状態はクッキーで保ちます。アプリは端末の中で通知を予約できます。ウェブで通知を許可すると、そのブラウザのプッシュ購読をアカウントに保存します。
- アシスタント: 送った文章、カレンダー名、友だちの表示名、提案に必要な予定。利用上限のための回数も保存します。
目的
カレンダーの表示、選んだ相手との共有、チャット・投票・予約・通知、接続したカレンダーの同期、 アシスタントの提案のためです。友だち招待では招待メールが送られることがあります。選んだ国の 祝日名は祝日データとして表示し、アカウントに結び付いた個人情報ではありません。
委託先
- Supabase: アカウント、カレンダー、チャット、プロフィール写真、プッシュ購読の保存とログイン。
- Google: Google ログイン、Google カレンダー、アシスタント（Gemini）。
- Apple: Apple ログイン。
- Microsoft: Outlook カレンダーを接続した場合。
- Nager.Date: 祝日名。
- Google Firebase Hosting: ウェブサイトの提供。
保管
アカウントがある間、サービスに必要な情報を保管します。別に定めた保管期限はありません。 ブラウザにだけある設定とウェブのプロフィール写真は、そのブラウザのデータを消すと消えます。
削除
ログインした状態で アカウント削除ページまたは設定からアカウントを削除できます。そのアカウントだけの情報は削除されます。友だちに既に 共有された予定、一緒に使っていたチャット、他人の予約ページに残る予約記録は、相手のために 残ることがあります。ページを使えないときは info@raon.co.jp に依頼してください。
